It is never a good idea when you come home to hear your girlfriend on the phone to one of her friends and asking ‘when can I take a pregnancy test?’. This happened to me last night, although she has no idea that I heard the conversation that she was having. After a long and tiring day at work this was really not what I wanted to hear, and I now need to confront her about it to find out what is going on. I know that we sometimes are not as careful as we should be but I never expected this to happen, or if it did I would have thought that she would speak to me about it first and not one of her friends. This is just going to stress me out the more that I dwell on it, so I think that speaking to her and getting it out in the open needs to be done sooner rather than later.
